Wild Rice Salad With Ham And Avocados - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 avocado, peeled and cubed
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 large tomato, cubed
    3 c. cooked wild rice
    1 to 1 1/2 c. cooked, cubed ham
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. Durkee dressing
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Toss avocado with lemon juice and tomato. Toss the rice with ham, avocado and tomato. Blend garlic salt, salt, dressing and mayonnaise. Gently fold this mixture into the rice mixture. Chill several hours to blend flavors. Serve on lettuce leaves.
    Serves 4 to 6 main dish salads.
