Diabetic Vegetables-Peas And Celery - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. coarsely chopped celery
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In covered medium saucepan, over medium heat, cook celery with 1/2 cup of water for 5 minutes or until tender.
    Add peas.
    Cover and cook for 8 to 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Sprinkle peas with thyme and salt.
    Makes 4 servings.
