Sweet And Sour Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork loin chops
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. ketchup
    3 Tbsp. dark brown sugar
    4 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Salt and pepper the chops.
    Place them in 1 layer in a large baking dish.
    Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the chops.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 1/2 hours.
    Do not baste.
    Skim the fat from the sauce.
    Serve with mashed potatoes and a watercress salad.
