Roast Beef And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast beef
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Place meat in roaster; sprinkle onion soup over meat.
    Pour soup and water over roast.
    Bake covered at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours or until tender.
    Potatoes and carrots may be added after an hour.
