Chocolate Rum Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. vanilla wafers, finely crushed
    1/2 c. honey
    1/2 c. bourbon
    1/2 c. white rum
    1 lb. finely ground walnuts
    6 Tbsp. cocoa (may use more)
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix all together (except powdered sugar)
    and shape into round bite size balls.
    Roll in powdered sugar.
    Store in refrigerator 5 to 7 days, in covered container, before eating. Makes 6 to 7 dozen.
