Scalloped Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    4 c. warm broth
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
    3 c. bread stuffing (lightly seasoned)
    3 c. cooked turkey or chicken, cubed
Preparation
    Make sauce of eggs, flour, milk and broth.
    Spoon dressing in a greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Arrange cubed turkey or chicken over the dressing.
    Pour sauce over it.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Garnish with pimento strips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
