Frosted Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1 c. bread cubes
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. water
    1 to 2 Tbsp. drippings
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly beef, 1/2 cup soup, bread, onion, egg, salt and pepper.
    Shape firmly into loaf; place in shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Frost loaf with mashed potatoes; bake 15 minutes more.
    Blend remaining soup, water and drippings.
    Heat. Serve over loaf.
    Serves 4 to 6.
