Lime-Pineapple Salad Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. lime gelatin
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin powder over cream cheese and mash with a fork.
    Add the boiling water.
    Beat well with fork or electric mixer.
    Add the crushed pineapple and stir until blended.
    Pour into mold or glass bowl and chill.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
