Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hash brown potatoes
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Spray pan and mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Fat-free ingredients may be used.
