Coconut Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    2 small containers Cool Whip
    2 boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
    3 c. milk
    1 pkg. frozen coconut
Preparation
    Mix
    flour,
    1/2
    cup pecans and margarine.
    Press into baking dish to form crust;
    bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Mix
    cream
    cheese
    with confectioners sugar; add one box of Cool Whip.
    Mix thoroughly; spread over crust.
    Mix instant pudding with milk;
    stir
    until
    thick.
    Spread
    this mixture over the cream cheese
    layer.
    Sprinkle a small amount of shredded coconut on the pudding
    layer.
    Spread
    one box of Cool Whip on top, then sprinkle
    the
    remaining
    coconut and 1 cup of pecans on top of the Cool Whip.
    Chill before serving.
