Italian Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef chuck
    1 envelope onion soup mix
    1 green pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. onions, sliced
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Arrange long sheet of foil on shallow baking pan. Cut steak into strips and arrange in pan, slightly overlapping strips. Sprinkle onion soup mix, pepper and onion over meat. Drain and chop tomatoes; reserve liquid. Add tomatoes, salt and pepper to meat. Combine tomato liquid, steak sauce and cornstarch and pour over meat. Cover all with foil. Secure tightly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours.
