Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 bay leaf, crushed
    1/4 c. diced celery
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    dash of cayenne
    1 tsp. salt
    1 large can tomatoes
    1/2 can water
    enough flour to thicken
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter.
    Blend in rest of ingredients except shrimp.
    Cook slowly, stirring occasionally.
    Devein shrimp; add to sauce.
    Cook 30 minutes.
