Whole Wheat Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
3 c. finely shredded carrots
1 c. walnuts
Preparation

Heat
oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Beat eggs, sugars,\toil
and
vanilla.
Stir
in flours, baking soda, baking
powder, salt, cinnamon and allspice.\tMix in carrots and walnuts.
Pour\tinto
pan.
Bake
until
light brown and top springs
back when touched lightly in center, 50 to 55 minutes.
