Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine or butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. milk
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
    Cream together shortening, butter and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add flour alternately with milk mixed with vanilla.
    Add pineapple.
    Bake in a tube pan for 1 1/2 hours.
