Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. cinnamon
    confectioners sugar
    oil
Preparation
    Heat 2 inches of salad oil to 360\u00b0 in deep skillet.
    Beat ingredients; mix well.
    Hold finger on bottom of funnel and pour 1/4 cup batter into funnel.
    Start in center; drop batter in hot oil, moving funnel to make coil of rings.
    Fry cake, turning once with slotted spoon (about 2 minutes on each side).
    Drain. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
