Chicken Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 pieces chicken, boned and skinned
    1/4 to 1/2 cube of butter
    1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 1/2 tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/8 tsp. dried rosemary
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Brown in half the butter and remove to a casserole or shallow baking dish. Add remaining butter to drippings and saute mushrooms until tender.
    Sprinkle flour over mushrooms and stir in chicken broth, sherry and rosemary.
    Cook until thickened, then pour over chicken.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    If refrigerated ahead of time, cook for 1 hour.
    I usually make more gravy, it's great over potatoes.
