Corned Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef
    2 c. cooked, diced potatoes
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/3 c. shredded cheese
    1 1/4 c. undiluted evaporated milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, undrained
Preparation
    Cook onion until tender in butter.
    Combine corned beef (broken in small pieces), potatoes, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
    Press against sides and bottom of a quart casserole.
    Spread remaining butter in skillet and blend in flour and remaining salt and pepper.
    Add liquid from corn and rest of milk gradually, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add corn and pour in lined casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
