Mocha Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. Swift'ning shortening
3 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1 egg
1/4 c. strong black coffee (cold)

Preparation

Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until blended and fluffy.
Makes frosting and filling for two 9-inch layers.
