Stir-Fry Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small yellow squash
    3 small zucchini squash
    1 bell pepper
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Cube squash into bite size pieces. Cut onion and bell pepper into bite size pieces (not small).
    Place oil in a large skillet over high heat. When oil is hot, add pepper and onion.
    Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add squash. Continue to stir-fry until onion is clear and squash shows signs of being done. Don't overcook. Sprinkle on Mrs. Dash, salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot. Serves 6 to 8 people.
