Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popcorn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo syrup
    2 sticks butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. butter flavoring
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients; boil for 5 minutes.
    Add baking soda and butter flavoring.
    Stir and pour over popcorn.
    Put on greased sheet and bake at 200\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir at 15 minute intervals. Store in tight containers.
