Countryside Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (24 oz.) pkg. frozen shredded hash browns
    1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/3 c. oleo
    1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Microwave potatoes in package 10 to 12 minutes or until steaming hot, turning package over once.
    Empty potatoes into 1 1/2-quart glass casserole.
    Add milk, salt and parsley.
    Mix with fork.
    Cut oleo into pieces and place on potatoes.
    Microwave, uncovered, 5 to 6 minutes or until boiling.
    Stir mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Microwave at 1/2 power, uncovered, 8 to 9 minutes or until tender.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
