Beef-Olive Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. minced onion
1 (3 oz.) pkg. smoked beef, snipped fine
1 Tbsp. sherry
1/4 c. chopped green olives with pimento centers
crushed nuts
Preparation

Combine margarine and cream cheese.
Add other ingredients, except nuts.
Shape into ball.
Roll in crushed nuts.
Serve with crackers and celery sticks.
