Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. self-rising flour
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix Crisco oil with sugar.
Add remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake in greased tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
