Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1 can drained pineapple chunks
    1 1/2 c. milk
    5 slices Pepperidge Farm cinnamon bread, cubed
Preparation
    Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Stir in pineapple and milk. Add cubed bread (fold in). Let stand 20 minutes. Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, 1/2 hour and uncovered, 1/2 hour.
