Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) beets, drained
    2 (16 oz.) carrots, drained
    1 purple onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 can tomato sauce (8 oz.)
    1 can water (8 oz.)
    4 Tbsp. Zesty Italian dressing
    15 packets Equal
Preparation
    Mix together and refrigerate overnight.
    Can keep up to 2 weeks.
