Ingredients

1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. pickling spices
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
beets, cooked, peeled and sliced
Preparation

Boil all ingredients except beets.
Pour mixture over beets, which have been packed in sterile, hot jars.
Seal and process for about 10 minutes in a boiling water bath.
