Fiesta Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. diced onion
    4 fresh canned whole chilies
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes in juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    2 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove, finely minced
    2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation
    Saute beef, onion, chilies and garlic in oil in a skillet until beef is browned.
    Add chili powder, tomatoes, salt and water.
    Break up tomatoes.
    Bring to boil and stir rice.
    Cover and remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Top with cheese and parsley.
