Hanky Pankies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground round
    1 lb. hot or semi-hot bulk sausage
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
    1 tsp. red pepper flakes (or less as desired)
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 pkg. cocktail party rye or pumpernickel or mini plain bagels
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain well.
    Add the rest of the ingredients and stir well until cheese melts.
    Spread on rye, pumpernickel or the mini bagels.
    Put on cookie sheet and freeze.
    When frozen, put in large plastic bag in freezer.
    Broil 6 minutes before serving.
    Makes lots.
