Lemon Extract Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
2 1/3 c. sugar
6 eggs
4 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. candied pineapple
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/4 lb. white raisins
3 oz. lemon extract
1 lb. pecans
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, alternately, with sifted dry ingredients.
Fold in fruit and nuts. Bake in tube pan 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
