Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large zucchini
1 chopped onion
4 Tbsp. parsley
2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. tomato sauce
2 c. rice
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1 c. chopped Mozzarella
1/2 tsp. basil
Preparation

Cut zucchini in half lengthwise and scoop out the pulp. Resreve the skins.
Chop pulp and onion.
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add pulp, onion and spices.
Add ground beef until browned.
Add tomato sauce.
