Oven-Fried Potato Wedges - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. A.1.
    1/2 tsp. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Wash potatoes real well; cut them into small wedges.
    Place the wedges, slightly overlapping, in a single layer in a 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Brush wedges with 1/2 the oil mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Brush occasionally with remaining oil.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
