Summer Swedish Rye Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. lukewarm water
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/3 c. honey
    1 c. dry milk
    grated peel of two oranges
    2 tsp. anise seeds
    2 tsp. caraway seeds
    4 c. white flour
    4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oil
    4 c rye flour
    whole wheat flour for kneading
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in the water.
    Stir in honey, dry milk, orange peel, anise and caraway seeds.
    Stir in 4 c. white flour to form a thick batter.
    Beat well with a wooden spoon (100 strokes).
    Cover and let rise 45 minutes in a warm place.
