Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 c. diced apples
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put oil, sugar and eggs in large bowl and mix well.
    Mix flour, salt and soda; add gradually.
    Add vanilla.
    Mix apples and nuts. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cake is very moist.
    Serves 10 to 12.
