Beef Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stewing beef
    1 lb. sliced carrots
    3 small onions, cut fine
    4 large pieces of celery, sliced
    4 medium potatoes, thick sliced or chunks
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant tapioca
    18 oz. V-8 juice or 3 small cans
Preparation
    Cover tightly.
    Bake 4 hours at 250\u00b0. You don't have to open to see if it is okay.
