Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. fresh apples, chopped fine
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/4 c. corn oil
Preparation
    Pour
    sugar over apples and let stand about 30 minutes. Beat eggs.
    Add
    to
    sugar and apples.
    Add oil and beat well. Add dry ingredients and mix well.
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Pour into greased
    and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes, until pick inserted in center comes out clean.
