Breast Of Turkey Filets(Charcoal Grilled) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    turkey breast
    3/4 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. orange juice
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    salsa
Preparation
    Debone the breast meat from 1 turkey.
    Slice diagonally in 3/4-inch
    slices.
    Mix
    olive oil, orange juice and garlic. Pour marinade over turkey.
    Marinate for 4 to 6 hours, turning meat several times.
    Grill over charcoal fire for approximately 20 minutes
    or
    until cooked through.\tBaste several times with remaining marinade.
    Serve with plain or heated salsa.
