Horseradish Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 c. dried beef, snipped into small pieces
parsley (to roll ball in)
1 cherry
Preparation

Beat cream cheese until smooth.
Mix ingredients into cheese mixture.
Add chopped, dried beef.
Chill in ball shape wrapped in Saran.
When chilled well, roll in snipped parsley and garnish with a maraschino cherry.
