Italian Sausage Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1-2 lb. hot Italian sausages
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
2-3 large green peppers chopped
2-3 large onions chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 (15 oz.) can mushrooms drained
2 Tbsp. garlic powder or 2 garlic sections
Preparation

Cut sausage in 2 inch pieces, fry in skillet.
In large pot put oil, pepper and onion.
Cook until tender.
Add all other ingredients with 16 oz. water.
Simmer. Salt to taste.
