Frosted Molasses Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 c. light molasses
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter, sugar and molasses.
    Add buttermilk, vanilla and flour sifted with soda and salt.
    Mix well.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Roll out 1/8-inch thick.
    Cut out with cookie cutter. Bake at 375\u00b0 about 8 to 10 minutes.
    Do not grease cookie sheet. Makes a lot of cookies.
    Frost with 1 recipe Seven Minute Icing.
