Fresh Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 tomatoes, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
3 scallions, chopped
4 chilies, seeded and chopped
4 Tbsp. oil
juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
4 Tbsp. tomato juice
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in tight lidded jar or container.
Mix very well.
Marinate at least overnight in refrigerator.
