Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. fresh corn
3 beaten eggs
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
buttered bread crumbs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs and mix well. Place in a buttered casserole, then sprinkle bread crumbs over top.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
