Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium green peppers
2 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. cooked Minute rice
4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 large can tomato soup
Preparation

Brown ground chuck and onions. Combine 1/2 cup tomato soup and 1 cup cheese.
Cut peppers lengthwise.
Place in baking dish. Stuff with mixture.
Place excess around peppers.
Pour remainder of the soup over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, covered. Remove and sprinkle cheese over.
Bake 15 minutes longer, uncovered.
