Pina Colada Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

14 oz. can pineapple
1 cake mix (yellow or white)
1 1/2 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
4 oz. can coconut
16 oz. can cream of coconut
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain pineapple, saving juice.
In bowl, mix water, eggs and cake mix.
Stir in drained pineapple and half the coconut.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
