Scalloped Potatoes(Fat Controlled, Low-Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, sliced
    1 onion, sliced thin
    3 Tbsp. flour (Wondra)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. oleo
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    In an oiled casserole, place a layer of potatoes.
    Sprinkle with flour and place a layer of onions; alternate potatoes, onions and flour until all are used.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Heat oleo and milk together and pour over potatoes.
    Cover and bake 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake 1/2 hour to brown top.
