Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large Jonathan or Winesap apples
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. celery (sliced)
1/2 c. English walnuts (coarsely chopped)
mayonnaise (to taste)
Preparation

Cut out any bad spots of the apples, remove cores, cut into bite size chunks. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add sliced celery to apples and toss with mayonnaise. Before serving, add walnuts.
