Stuffed Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 doubled pork chops
2 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
4 Tbsp. butter, melted and divided
1 small onion, minced
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. water
4 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation

Cut a pocket in each chop.
Make a dressing of bread crumbs, 2 tablespoons of the butter, onions, seasonings and a small amount of water.
Place the dressing on pocket of each chop.
Place chops in a roasting pan.
Cover with sauce made by combining water and catsup.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, basting frequently.
