Chicken Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. celery, sliced
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. oleo
1 1/2 c. potatoes, diced
3 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
1 c. zucchini, chopped
1 tsp. chicken bouillon granules
1 tsp. chives
1 c. cooked chicken, diced
Preparation
-
Combine celery and onion with oleo.
Cook until tender.
Cook potatoes and drain.
Blend 1 cup of milk with flour and combine with potatoes. Add remaining milk and other ingredients. Then simmer.
