Ingredients

2 pkg. (4 servings) Jell-O vanilla pudding and pie filling (do not use instant pudding)
3 1/2 c. milk
1 c. coconut
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip
1 baked pie shell, cooled
Preparation

Prepare pie shell and set aside.
Prepare pie filling with 3 1/2 cups milk as directed on package for pie.
Add coconut to filling and cool for about 5 minutes, stirring twice.
Pour in pie shell and cover with wax paper and chill for 3 hours.
Spread whipped topping over pie and sprinkle with remaining coconut.
