Herb Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. melted margarine
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
4 large potatoes
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Brush a large piece of heavy duty foil with some butter.
In small bowl, combine butter, oil, onion, parsley, chili powder, basil, salt and pepper.
Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch thick slices (do not peel potatoes).
Place potatoes on foil and brush oil mixture over potatoes.
Tightly seal edges of foil.
Place on grill.
Cook 30 to 35 minutes until potatoes are tender.
