Beef Bar-B-Q - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. chuck roast
    3 stalks celery, diced
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 medium bottle catsup (about 14 oz.)
    3 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut
    beef
    into
    5 or 6 chunks.
    Place in Dutch oven or roaster.
    Combine
    all
    other
    ingredients
    and
    pour over the meat.
    Heat to boiling on top of the range.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 for
    6 hours or until meat is tender enough to shred with a fork.
    Remove
    fat
    and
    bone and pull the meat into shreds with a fork.
    If sauce is too \"soupy\", cook until thick enough to spoon onto buns.
    Makes enough for 30 to 40 servings.
